I'm not sure if I will like Karate or training with your club?
You are welcome to come and see if you like it, everyone can have one FREE taster session.
We believe that Karate is for everyone, regardless of age or level of fitness and is a great multi-generational family activity. It is good for Mind & Body.

What should I do if I am interested in a FREE session or starting to train?
Just get in touch with us by email, message or phone and we can send you some information. There is a form that you will need to complete before your first session and this will cover you for insurance purposes. As Karate is a martial art you need to have insurance and a license to train. You can apply for a license through us after four weeks.

When and where do you train?
We currently train on Tuesday evenings between 7.00pm and 9.00pm at Five Rivers Leisure Centre in Salisbury. As a new club we will be flexible about our sessions.

When you start you don't have to wear a Gi (the white suit), just wear something that you are comfortable to move around in, like a track suit or sports wear. After about 4 weeks we would suggest you buy a Gi and we can help you do this.
